Work Scope for All Options

Each of our roofing packages includes the following: 

• Full removal of 1 layer of roofing with proper disposal of all material
• Roof decking inspection for deteriorated and damaged wood (see unforeseen wood repair rates)
• Renail roof decking to bring the roof up to hurricane mitigation standards
• Ice & Water Shield (specified by system selected) in all high-water traffic areas
• Double-layer of Synthetic Roof Deck Protection Water Barrier (specified by system selected) covering the entire roof surface
• New metal flashings in the color of choice at all eaves/rakes
• New plumbing boots and exhaust vents
• Reflash any existing chimneys (if applicable)
• Replace existing skylights (if applicable)
• Starter Shingles (specified by system selected) to all eaves/rakes
• Field Shingles (as chosen in system above) to entire roof with slopes of 2:12 and greater
• Ridge Venting for best attic ventilation unless home design prevents ridge venting
• Hip & Ridge Shingles at all Hips & Ridgelines of Residence
• Obtain all permits and inspections and provide a certificate of completion from the governing building department
