NewsCOVID-19

In light of the uncertainties associated with recent events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, also known as coronavirus, we at TSpark Enterprises, believe it is our duty to do all that we can to help keep one another safe in this unprecedented moment. We are monitoring the situation very closely—not only as a company but as people trying to keep everyone around us safe, including our loved ones.

As an office, we are taking precautions and diligently following the guidelines set out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to prevent any spreading of COVID-19 in relation to our business. All of our employees have been advised to stay home if they do not feel well or demonstrate potentially flu-like symptoms. Our office, as well as all the tools and equipment used, are all thoroughly sanitized daily. Our estimators and diagnostic technicians are acknowledging the social distancing rules by answering calls and keeping the appropriate distance from customers when on property.

As dedicated we are to both our team’s and your health and safety; we are just as committed to continuing to serve you and all of your roofing and construction needs. We will continue to stay in business with our roofing and construction schedules as planned. We will only do what is safe during this time. Our team will work even more diligently under the circumstances to ensure that we are keeping our customers’ best interests and wishes in mind. Our number one priority right now is to be as safe and cautious as possible, and we will follow up with any updates in the future. We understand that every person is different, each with their own needs and levels of concern; we invite you all to reach out so we can learn how to assist you best. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this hectic time.

As new developments emerge, we will continue to monitor the situation and increase our safety precautions based on guidelines provided by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act), the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization)

We can all contribute towards easing the spread of the virus by educating ourselves and taking precautionary measures. For personal well-being, we strongly recommend carrying out these actions:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick or demonstrate symptoms of oncoming sickness
  • Avoid touching the nose, eyes, and mouth areas
  • Stay home from work and other public places when you are sick
  • Always cover your cough or sneeze with your elbow or a tissue
  • Regularly disinfect your household or office, especially objects and surfaces that are frequently touched.
  • Thoroughly wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
